Can I hang my plaque on the wall?
Yes, all plaques have a wall mount and an easel feature. The easel allows you to display the plaque on a counter, reception or hosting station.
Can I order a plaque from previous years?
Yes, you can order a plaque from a previous year or years. Select the ‘Add a question…’ checkbox during checkout to leave detailed information. A representative in our Customer Service Department will follow up with you with confirmation on your request.
Can I request a specific detail or details be added or left off my ‘custom’ review or any of the other features on my plaque?
Yes, you can request our Review Editors add or leave off something in any of the features on your plaque, including any detail in the name of the business or in the review highlights, providing that it is an accurate reflection. You can leave the details of your request in the ‘Add a question…’ field during the checkout process.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship to Canada and Puerto Rico. Additional shipping costs may apply. Please be sure to leave accurate shipping information. We use the Postal Service for these shipments, so please make any special notations if you do not have a postal receptacle, as they will not leave a package if one is not present.
How do I return my plaque if I need to?
Contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for a return or a replacement.
How do you ‘customize’ my plaque?
Our in-house Review Editors research each business’ listing and pull together your star ratings, rankings, key distinctions and a collection of your best and most relevant reviews left by your thankful customers.
I am purchasing more than one plaque. Can I have them shipped to different addresses?
Yes, we can ship your order separately to different addresses. During the checkout process, select the ‘Add a question…’ checkbox to leave detailed shipping information for each plaque. A representative in our Customer Service Department will follow up with you with confirmation on your request. Additional shipping costs may apply.
If I return a plaque, when should I expect a refund?
A full refund on returned products will be issued within 24 hours of receiving items sent back to us if the return is within 30 days of the initial delivery to you. A full refund of items received will be issued. We do not give refunds on the Shipping & Handling costs.
What if there’s something on the plaque I want to change after I receive it?
We can edit most items to your specification as long as the information is an accurate reflection. You can reach our Customer Service Department using any of the Contact listings and we will send out a replacement to you at no cost.
When should I expect my products?
Your items will ship out within 10 business days. Shipping times vary within the United States but shouldn’t be longer than five days from the time of shipping. If you are outside of the United States, please expect longer shipping times.
